Shimmy your way to fitness and fun! Bellydancing is a great way for women to get fit, have fun, and gain body confidence. From 16 to 65, for women of all ages and sizes, belly dancing can be a great and rewarding exercise and art form. Naia (Joanna van der Hoeven) has been belly dancing for over five years now. She enjoys dance of all kinds, but especially loves the fluidity and movement of belly dancing. Naia teaches Gypsy Fusion Belly Dance, a fusion belly dance style that incorporates elements from Egyptian, Turkish and Tribal - all with a definitive flamenco flair. Naia is available for solo public performances, as well as group dances subject to availability. Parties and workshops are always a treat - please enquire for more information! Naia also offers beginner's belly dance private tuition at £10 p/hour, or £5 p/person for a group of three or more people as well as Beginner's Classes every Tuesday at the Function Room, Farmhouse Pub, Kesgrave, Suffolk.
